IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Beginning January 7, 2026, Oceania Cruises welcomes guests aged 18 and older at the time of embarkation. This policy ensures a serene and sophisticated onboard experience designed for adult travelers. Existing bookings with guests under 18 made prior to January 7, 2026 will be honored through the 2026 departure year. Please refer to the Guest Ticket Contract for complete details.

Air Transportation

As of July 1, 2024, Oceania Cruises offers arrangements for air travel in conjunction with a cruise as an add-on service at additional cost. Select promotions may include airfare. Air arrangements, including routing, are at Oceania Cruises' (or its agents') discretion, and are based on fight availability and agreements among various airlines, Oceania Cruises and independent contractors. Special requests, including class of service upgrades, specific carriers and routing, are at the discretion of Oceania Cruises. Upgrades apply to international fights and may not apply to U.S. domestic or intra-continental fights within North America, Europe, South America, Asia or Africa.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE DATES

For bookings made on or after July 1, 2024, roundtrip airport transfers will be included as part of add-on airfare pricing, provided guest arrival and departure is the same as voyage embarkation and disembarkation dates. For simply MORE bookings made prior to July 1, 2024, which include airfare, guests can choose to arrive one, two or three days prior to the voyage embarkation date or depart one, two or three days after the disembarkation date for no additional fee when selecting our inclusive air program. This allows guests to enjoy extra time to explore the cruise departure or arrival city. The included roundtrip airport transfers will not be available if guests opt for a flexible arrival or departure date, or otherwise opt to purchase custom flights through Oceania Cruises.

Amenities: Promotional and Oceania Club

Promotional amenities included on select cruises along with Oceania Club elite benefits are limited to one set per voyage, per stateroom or suite. This includes but is not limited to the Around the World Cruises, Grand Voyages, and Extended Journeys which are comprised of multiple cruise segments.

simply MORE™

For guests with simply MORE, amenities are per stateroom, based on double occupancy and subject to change. For single travelers who are booked in a Solo category, amenities are at the per guest rate. simply MORE free shore excursion credit varies by voyage and is non-transferrable and non-refundable. simply MORE Champagne, Wine, and More amenity is the House Select beverage package. Free Internet amenity does not include streaming and includes a complimentary login for the first two devices per stateroom (one login for solo travelers), each of which can be used on one device at a time. Your World Included™

For bookings with Your World Included™ made on or after October 1, 2024 through September 16, 2025, and which are for sailings on or after January 1, 2025, gratuities for stateroom/suite attendants, butlers and dining waitstaff, as well as government taxes and fees are included in the cruise fare. For other services or purchases made on board, additional gratuities of 20% apply. Free Internet amenity does not include streaming and includes a login for the first two devices per stateroom (one login for solo travelers), each of which can be used on one device at a time. Your World Included™ - Choice of Amenity

For bookings with Your World Included™ made on or after September 17, 2025, guests may choose one of the following amenities: (1) Complimentary Wine & Beer, or (2) Shore Excursion Credit. Guests in the same stateroom must choose the same amenity. Choice of amenity must be made by final payment and is not applicable to 3rd and 4th guests. Guests may also opt for a non-use credit. Complimentary Wine & Beer includes a selection of wine by the glass or beer from our General Bar Menu, available at any on-board venue as well as through room service during operating lunch and dinner hours. Certain exclusions apply. If shore excursion credit is selected, all excursions must be chosen at least 14 days prior to sailing. Value of shore excursion credits vary by voyage length (see below for credit values), and is per stateroom except for a single traveler booked in a Solo category or booked with a single supplement discount, where amenity is per guest. Voyages up to:

•9 days receive $400 shore excursion credit
•10-13 days receive $600 shore excursion credit
•14-19 days receive $800 shore excursion credit
•20-25 days receive $1,000 shore excursion credit
•26+ days receive $1,200 shore excursion credit

Any unused shore excursion credit can be used as shipboard credit on the same voyage, or the credit will be surrendered upon debarkation. If no amenity is chosen, a non-use credit will be applied to final payment: up to 9 days receive $200 credit per stateroom; 10-13 days receive $300 credit per stateroom; 14-19 days receive $400 credit per stateroom; 20-25 days receive $500 credit per stateroom; 26+ days receive $600 credit per stateroom.

Oceania Club Terms and Conditions

All Oceania Club benefits listed are per stateroom, are based on double occupancy, can only be applied to one booking per voyage, have no cash value and are non-transferable. Unused shipboard credits and spa credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. To receive savings on the beverage package, purchase must be made prior to sailing. Savings on the beverage package only apply to Prestige Select package. Free Internet amenity does not include streaming. The complimentary custom air fee waiver does not include any air differential, which may be charged by the airlines. As of October 1, 2024 for sailings beginning January 1, 2025, silver level member guests and above tiers will receive a non-refundable shipboard credit instead of gratuities that are included in the cruise fare.

Oceania Club benefits and cruise credits do not apply to Travel Advisor promotional offers, including but not limited to Travel Advisor reduced rates and interline reservations. Oceania Cruises reserves the right to exclude or limit combinability with the benefits or rewards offered by other agency partnerships or promotional offers not specified here in. Oceania Cruises reserves the right to change the program rules, benefits and cruise credits, conditions of qualifications, special offers or cruise level requirements at its sole discretion. For a complete list of cruise credits awarded, you may contact an Oceania Club representative. Celebratory dinners during the reunion cruise are provided to bronze level members and above.

Guests are required to notify the Oceania Club via email (OceaniaClub@oceaniacruises.com) when requesting the free cruise. The awarded free cruise must be taken on the guest’s milestone cruise and is Cruise-Only, based on double occupancy, subject to availability at the time of booking, is not combinable with public promotions, excludes government taxes and fees and cannot exceed 14 days in length. The free cruise must be approved and will be placed as a guarantee until stateroom category has been assigned, upon authorization from the Oceania Club. The free cruise cannot be applied to any of the Around the World Voyages or Around the World voyage segments. For cruises longer than 14 days in length, the cruise cost will be prorated for the additional days beyond the free 14 days. Cruise credits or promotional offers will not apply to the pro-rated days. Stateroom category will reflect the accommodations most closely matching the typical category selected by the guests on prior voyages. Requests for the free cruise may only be made between 180 days and 91 days prior to sail date. Requests will not be accepted within 90 days of the sail date. Other restrictions may apply. Oceania Cruises Travel Protection Program

Oceania Cruises recommends guests purchase travel protection insurance. The Oceania Cruises Travel Protection Program offers trip cancellation and interruption coverage up to a maximum of $50,000 per insured guest; in addition, the program includes trip and baggage delay, baggage/personal effects, medical expenses and emergency evacuation coverage, plus 24-hour worldwide emergency assistance services. To purchase the Oceania Cruises Travel Protection Program, all you need to do is pay the plan cost with your final cruise payment. PLEASE NOTE: Trip Cancellation provision takes effect only upon receipt of full payment of the protection plan cost. All other benefits take effect upon your departure date. Protection plan costs are based on the total cost of your travel arrangements. Travel Sanctions, Regulations, and Restrictions

Due to travel sanctions, regulations, and restrictions, Oceania Cruises is limited in doing business with certain individuals or entities from high-risk or sanctioned countries. For further details, please visit https://www.oceaniacruises.com/legal/travel-restrictons.

Passport, Visa and Health Requirements

Oceania Cruises requires all travelers to be in possession of a valid passport in order to sail on any of our published itineraries. Passports must be valid for no less than six (6) months beyond the completion of travel. Birth certificate, passport cards and copies of passports are not accepted.

Visa and health requirements, including regulations regarding vaccination certificates and other health accreditation, vary by destination. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to secure and provide appropriate valid travel and health documentation for their chosen itinerary. Airlines may also deny boarding should guest not be in possession of required visa(s) and health documentation. Health requirements, recommended immunizations and other health precautions vary by destination and change often. We suggest you consult with your physician, local health department or the health department of the destination countries on your cruise itinerary for the most updated requirements. For your convenience, any visas arranged upon arrival have either been added to your invoice or will be billed to your onboard account. This service is provided on an optional basis. Guests may also purchase the visa through their local embassy or by using their preferred third-party visa service provider. Oceania Cruises charges a handling fee, which is included in the visa package. Many countries require advance visas. Please check your government's official travel website for a list of countries and the specific visa requirements related to your citizenship , or visit https://www.cibtvisas.com for a global list. U.S. citizens can visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel.html and Canadian citizens can visit https://travel.gc.ca/travelling/advisories to search each destination country for visa requirements and advisories.

Guests flying to Canada or transiting through a Canadian airport: Guests not required to secure a tourist visa for travel to Canada must obtain and present a Canadian Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) prior to fight arrival or before transiting through Canada.
The eTA is not required for the following travelers:

• U.S. passport holders

• Canadian passport holders

• Dual citizens (citizens of Canada and a visa-exempt country)

• Canadian permanent residents (Guests with permanent residency status granted by the Canadian government which are not citizens of Canada)

Guests may be denied boarding by the airline carrier or Oceania Cruises without providing proper documentation upon check-in. For additional information regarding Canada’s eTA requirement, visit https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp.

Country arrival/departure fees required: Chile (only applicable to Australian passport holders).

Government regulations may require guests to embark and debark at the same port in certain countries, including but not limited to the U.S. and Canada. If you are delayed and unable to board at embarkation, you may not be able to board at an alternate port. In such an event, we shall have no liability to refund any cruise or cruise tour fares.

Pricing Details

Air Inclusive Promotion: As of July 1, 2024, Air Inclusive Program has been eliminated and Air Allowance (Credit) is no longer offered. For bookings made prior to July 1, 2024, the Air Allowance (Credit) provided to guests who do not use our Air Inclusive Program, is based on prevailing Air Allowance (Credit) rates in effect on the date the change is made. An Air Allowance (Credit) will not be applicable if Oceania Cruises air arrangements are cancelled within 60 days of sailing.

Cruise Only Promotion: Cruise-Only fares do not include promotional (e.g.simply MORE) amenities or airfare.

Best Value GuaranteeGuests can book with confidence with Oceania Cruises’ Best Value Guarantee. If a guest books a cruise and subsequently wants to take advantage of a new promotional offer, Oceania Cruises will assist in facilitating their request both before and after final payment.

Before final payment: If a new promotion becomes available, guests will have the choice to adjust their reservation to the new promotion terms if it is applicable to the currently booked category and sail date, and the category and sail date is available under the new promotion.

After final payment: Should the new promotion become available after final payment has been paid, the difference will be provided in the form of shipboard credit, stateroom/suite upgrade(s), and/or as a future cruise credit, as determined by Oceania Cruises. The adjustment will be made as long as the category and sail date booked is available under the new promotion.

Additional Details:

1. Promotion is defined as a publicly offered price and/or amenity advertised by Oceania Cruises and found at OceaniaCruises.com, and must be offered in the currency the booking was originally made.
2. Sail date and category must show as available on OceaniaCruises.com. If sail date(s) or categories show as “sold out”, “waitlist”, or “unavailable”, new promotion terms are not eligible.
3. New promotion must be active at the time of guest’s request in order to be added. If available and chosen by guest, the new promotion terms replace the original/existing promotion terms, including all booking terms, pricing, amenities, and combinability with other offers or amenities.
4. Guests must initiate their request for the new promotion terms under this Best Value Guarantee in the same manner as they made their original booking, through either their Travel Agency of record or directly with Oceania Cruises.
5. Depending on the promotion type, either the existing reservation will be adjusted or a new reservation will be issued with any related administrative fees waived.
6. This Best Value Guarantee offer must be initiated at the guest’s request.

Gratuities: For bookings made with simply MORE, or beginning on or after October 1, 2024 for sailings before January 1, 2025, gratuities are not included in Oceania Cruises fares. If not pre-paid, a gratuity of $180.00 USD per guest will be automatically charged to your onboard account. A 20% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage purchases and spa services. Naturally, you may adjust gratuities while on board at your sole discretion.

For bookings made on or after October 1, 2024 which are for sailings on or after January 1, 2025, gratuities for stateroom/suite attendants, butlers and dining waitstaff, as well as government taxes and fees are included in the cruise fare. Additional gratuities apply to any other services or purchases made on board such as all beverage purchases and spa services, which will incur a service gratuity of 20%.

Waitlisted Item(s): Guests will be charged the prevailing rates on the date the item(s) is/are confirmed. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Foreign/Currency Transaction Fees: Banks issuing credit cards may impose “Foreign/Currency Transaction Fees” for onboard purchases for all itineraries, including transactions denominated in U.S. Dollars. Oceania Cruises accepts no responsibility for foreign/currency transaction processing fees charged by credit card companies. Guests should check with their individual credit card companies for more information. None of these fees separately charged by the guests’ issuing banks accrues to the benefit of Oceania Cruises.

Value Added Tax: Due to various governmental requirements, guests sailing on cruises calling on Brazilian ports, as well as some European ports, are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) on purchases made in the boutiques, spa services and merchandise, and alcoholic beverages during their cruise. Purchases subject to VAT, as well as the amount of the VAT, vary by itinerary and venue, and are dictated solely by the local government. Oceania Cruises remits 100% of all sums collected as VAT to the local government.

Payments

As of June 1, 2024, lockboxes for payment have been permanently closed. All payments received through the lockbox after this date will be returned to the sender and reservation may be canceled.
